At Tom's Confectionery Warehouse, we strive to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally only accepted for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please review our process below to ensure a smooth resolution for any issues with your order.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your package for any visible damage or missing items before opening the sealed confectionery packaging.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or shipping error.
- 3.Verification Review
Our team will review your claim to ensure it meets our health and safety standards for returns, as we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a replacement of your favorite sweets or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
